Part I
A riot is a mass of people using violence for a socio-political purpose. It may last for hours until it is quelled by the use of greater Force and Violence to re-impose the existent Rule of Law. Rioters are subsequently punished or they will return and riot again.
An insurrection is the repetitive use of riots over many days or months to impose the rioters’ purposes on Government. One or the other must use GREATER FORCE to prevail.
Riots were never accepted as NON-CRIMINAL even if every Rioter had to be shot dead until the Rioting came to a permanent end.
In England in 1715, Parliament passed The Riot Act wherein, if twelve or more people were assembled – even before the violence against people and/or property began, they were ‘Read the Riot Act” and thereby ordered to peaceably disperse or law enforcement would follow.
Part II
The tolerance for Rioting as a political activity began in post-WWI British Mandate former Ottoman Empire mostly Arab-inhabited territory.
The Grand Mufti of Jerusalem (Mohammed Amin al-Husseini) organized riots for two purposes.
- In 1927-32, unopposed by the British Mandatory Military, they killed or drove out Jews that had been living in the original Hebrew Capital of Hebron (where the Patriarch Abraham is buried) continually for four thousand years.
- Before WWI, for decades, the Ottoman Empire sold land for Zionist Agricultural settlements for European Jews (who were less threatened in Europe at that time than they are today). As best I understand it, there were no Arab Riots to keep Jews from Europe out of Ottoman-controlled territories. Riots were never tolerated by any government until post-WWI British Mandates over former Ottoman territory. Arab riots were used to keep as many European Jews out of British-controlled Western Palestine – promised as a Jewish Homeland by the WWI Balfour Declaration (for extensive Jewish contribution to the WWI war effort).
The rioting went unopposed by the British (no longer Zionist Churchill but Socialist Labour Party) post-WWII control of the Mandate of Palestine. The British military continued this policy keeping Jewish survivors of the Holocaust out.
Part III
All over Europe, Islamic riots are OFFICIALLY classified as ‘SOCIAL UNREST’ and are never ‘Read the Riot Act.’
The all-powerful unbridled EVIL SCUMBAG PRESS universally uses the term ‘mostly peaceful protestors and demonstrators’ for all Hard-Left Islamic Alliance approved Riots in the USA.

Welcome to the world of today wherein Hard-Left Islamic Alliance Riots are tolerated and catered to politically.
Peaceful protests by Common Citizens against this Societal Betrayal of CIVILIZATION are OFFICIALLY called INSURRECTION and are endlessly persecuted by BIG GOVERNMENT in the USA, Canada, the UK and the EU.
Part V: The Future of Civilization – Two Theories
Theory 1: If there were no Israel and no Jews, there would be PEACE ON EARTH!
Theory 2: Civilization survives only by using the vastly greater force it possesses to defend Civilization. Perhaps if Churchill had been successfully prevailed upon by his British colleagues after the Fall of France (excepting his protégé Anthony Eden who had resigned from the Chamberlain Government in 1938 at the Munich betrayal), the world would have been better off.
Hitler had offered to leave Britain and its possessions alone if they would make PEACE. (80,000,000 peopled died in WWII. With few exceptions, in today’s world almost all would have accepted Hitler’s offer. Maybe Hitler and Stalin might have even continued the non-aggression pact between their two evil empires.)
