When Dominion, the electronic vote count machine company, sued Fox News and achieved a ‘Settlement Agreement’ with quite a lot of money paid out, I wondered to myself about the Legal Process.  Since lots of news stories since then have reported on ‘irregularities’ in multiple locations, I wondered why Fox would avoid a jury trial and submit.  Perhaps they had an ulterior business reason having to do with ‘mergers and acquisitions’ that were more valuable to Rupert Murdoch.  Such things…..

There are two distinctly different forms of Societal Government.  The USA was founded on the unique idea of constitutionally limited government whose purpose is to protect the civil rights and civil liberties of its individual citizens regardless of the individual’s social associations.

My 1960s College Dictionary includes the following definition of the word ‘aggressive’ and an enlightening clarification of synonyms and related ideas in four parts.

Aggressive:
