Since February 2022 and the beginning of the Russia-Ukraine War, the most repeated ‘Talking Point’ (i.e., cliché of political advocacy) that I have heard everywhere and from virtually everyone (media or personal life) who feels obligated to tell me their Opinion about the war is:

     “Ukraine gave up its Nuclear Weapons in 1993 – they never should have done that.”

Intelligent, honest people that I know personally long enough to trust (like a conditioned reflex reaction) use the exact same ‘Talking Point:’

     “Ukraine gave up its Nuclear Weapons in 1993 – they never should have done that.”

(I believe the WWSOG-BOG Ruling Class uses the Legacy Media to endlessly and irrelevantly include that brain-washing cliché at every plausible opportunity – in dutifully ‘REPORTING’ Ukrainian Public Relations firms almost daily fake news Ukrainian victimhood reiteration.  Obviously, this is to be expected.  The whole world turns upside down and finally right-side up if the truth about the true EXISTENTIAL THREAT to Civilization is not Russia but the Hard-Left Islamic Alliance which is exposing itself all over western and central Europe.  Eastern Europeans from Poland and Hungary and Slovakia behave like civilized people without the Islamic colonization imposed upon their country by the EU.)

I believe that all the innumerable innocent believers in this idiotic cliché suffer from a complete misunderstanding of the ‘RATIONAL CONTEXT IN SPACE AND TIME.’

Unlike the rest of the world, (having a rather complete knowledge of history) when I hear that cliché, I put it in a rational context of space and time to see if it rings true.  Unlike the rest of the world, it sounds to me as if in 1989 (when the USSR dissolved the Warsaw Pact, gave up its colonies and stopped subsidizing Cuba) and obviously still in 1991, when the Soviet Union disassembled and Ukraine achieved first internal independence, those UKRAINIAN NUCLEAR WEAPONS were Ukrainian because totally independently of Moscow’s control and assistance, Soviet semi-independent Ukraine had developed their own unique nuclear weapons.

The impression that was created is that these Ukrainian nuclear weapons were generously given to post-Communist Russia in 1993.

1993 was a very important year.  The Soviet Union dissolved into quite a few independent countries including some that joined the Russian Federation and some that did not.

For some peculiar reason, the terms of this 1993 dissolution of the USSR did not elicit written promises from the west – only verbal promises to never install missiles on the border of the new Russia and never make the large and potentially wealthy country of Ukraine a member of NATO.

(Only an ignoramus on post-WWII history would not understand that, during the Cold War, Soviet nuclear weapons were placed in several locations outside Russia.  Kazakhstan, in the Russian Federation, has been used for decades for joint space missions with Russia and the United States.  Fifteen years ago, on Big Bang Theory, the character Howard went up to the Space Station with two fellow Astronauts-Cosmonauts.  One was a real American astronaut, Massimino; the other was a Russian Cosmonaut named Dimitri who got half of the funny lines.)

During the Cold War, western bankers led by David Rockefeller of the Chase Manhattan Bank made many loans predicated on the alleged ‘Sovereignty’ of the Soviet jurisdiction.  Ukraine had lots of such debts.  Sometime during or after 1993, the Russian Republic absorbed the complete liability of all those Cold War quasi-sovereign liabilities.  The post-Cold War Ukraine never had to pay a nickel back.  In the middle of this war between Russia and Ukraine, as I wrote on this website, a Polish financial journal published the fact that the Ukraine Central Bank was rich in billions of dollars’ worth of foreign reserves and gold.  Of course, they are always demanding the annual tens of billions of dollars of foreign subsidies to run their government as well as the war.

Vladimir Putin was assigned to Communist East Germany as a senior KGB officer during much of the 1980s until the Cold War ended.  At that time, he resigned from the KGB and went home to St. Petersburg (called Leningrad by the Communists) where he was born and raised.  He went into politics.  In the very late 1990s, a failing Boris Yeltsin brought him to Moscow and initiated his political career as Yeltsin’s successor.  He has won quite a lot of elections and yet every single time the WWSOG-BOG (WITHOUT PROOF), both before and after the elections, claim that the elections are rigged.  I guess that, when you have betrayed civilization like the WWSOG-BOG Ruling Class has ever since the Cold War ended, it is impossible to accept the obvious truth that the EXISTENTIAL THREAT to Civilization is the Hard-Left Islamic Alliance not the free civilized country of Russia – and Putin.

[Even on the Left-Wing Wikipedia, well over a year ago, when I looked up a world map to show where the Muslim Brotherhood was legally banned, Russia and Russian Federation countries, where they learned the lesson of Muslim Brotherhood terrorism, were on the map.  In America, the Muslim Brotherhood supports and even runs candidates in our Democrat Party.  I am quite certain, if you take an honest look, you will find the same phenomenon in western and central European Left-Wing major political parties.]

1. A joke that I tell myself in frustration at the Russia-Ukraine idiotic narrative: in the very famous 1940s Humphrey Bogart movie “The Treasure of the Sierra Madre,” when the prospectors are being attacked by Mexican banditos, the criminals claim to be Mexican police.  One of the three prospectors says: “Let me see your badges.”  The bandito replies in a very famous movie line:  “Badges!  We ain’t got no badges!  We ain’t got no stinking badges!”

I visualize, if any honest journalist in a public way with a live mike asks President-for-Life Zelinsky when are you finally going to hold the cancelled 2024 election, his response should be:  “We don’t got no elections!  We don’t need no elections!  We don’t need no stinking elections!”

2. Starting in 1991, George Soros and his phony ‘Open Society’ philanthropy brought money and NGO money into Ukraine (and maybe even Russia that was completely screwed-up until Putin took over at the end of the 1990s, ending the destitution breadline problem). An honest investigation by an honest government of the Evil of George Soros will also uncover the Hard-Left Islamic Alliance that is the true EXISTENTIAL THREAT to Civilization.
