Picture the scene from the 1960’s version of David Lean’s Doctor Zhivago where Yuri (Omar Shariff) is caught smuggling wood into the house his family once owned wherein he and his wife (Geraldine Chaplin) and their sickly freezing son (and grandfather) are living in a small apartment on the top floor. He is saved from the mob of communist organizers and followers by his half-brother (Alec Guinness), a communist commissar.

Conclusion

1. If you are well over 50-years old, you might recognize Part I is the ACTUAL First Amendment of the United States Constitution.
2. If you are over 40-years of age and a Canadian, you might recognize the ACTUAL Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms. (If you are a truck driver and over 40-years of age, you live without this Charter of Rights and Freedoms.)
3. If you think you live in the civilized Western European civilization, you should ponder this. There is only one country that I know of in the civilized Western European world where you may not even have the individual liberty to read Part III which is from Boris Pasternak’s Doctor Zhivago.
