Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Bulgaria and Romania constitute the perfect countries in which to use their Higher Education facilities to turn ‘Political Science’ (a political advocacy field) into a rudimentary REAL SCIENCE.  Reliable data-gathering is mandatory to begin a true Open-Minded Scientific Inquiry.

Each country is rich in people over the age of 59 who were 21-years or older at the 1989 starting point of the end of the Cold War.  Under Soviet occupation, all such people lived under the controlling Bureaucracy of the Soviet Union (not the bureaucracy of independent sovereign nation states).  Today, 37-years later, they now live under the EU Brussels Bureaucracy – not the bureaucracy of truly independent sovereign and democratic nation-states.

PhD degrees could be awarded for college students who, nation by nation, interview many 1,000s of such 59+ year old fellow citizens who can serve to identify the ten most significant similar factors of Bureaucratic Control of their personal and political lives and the ten most different such factors.

The Political Science study of GOVERNMENT BUREAUCRACIES would begin here as a real science.
