There have been three separate UN International Law policies for refugees after WWII.  The UN was formed after WWII by the Allied victors that especially included the five great powers – US, UK, France, USSR and Nationalist China.

Part I

The first international law UN policy for refugees after WWII was a continuation of the Yalta Agreement of wartime February 1945 demanded by the USSR.

Soviet occupation of the future satellite states of the so-called Warsaw Pact was yet to be thought of as the Soviet Empire – even though it was.  In the late 1940s, Communist consolidation of power in Eastern Europe occurred unopposed by the West.

Forcible Repatriation led to massacres at dockside and elsewhere of UK-shipped former Soviet army soldiers from German POW camps.  This is the major source of the second biggest hoax in international politics – the Ukrainian Hoax of today that treats post-Communist democratic Russia as a simple continuation of the Soviet Empire (the ‘Evil Empire’ as President Reagan called it).  As far as the West was concerned, ethnic Russians left in post-Soviet countries (especially the many millions in Ukraine) were treated as if their Russian ethnic history did not exist.

I had a coworker-friend in the 1970s who was a Hungarian Orthodox (Observant) Jew born in 1947 in a Displaced Persons Camp.  His parents were fortunate survivors of the Holocaust due to the CIVILIZED HEROISM of Raoul Wallenberg, the neutral Swedish Ambassador to Hungary who saved thousands of Jews by means of his ambassadorial powers.  (The Japanese ambassador to Lithuania or Latvia performed the same civilized heroism on a much smaller scale.)

Many millions of ‘Refugees’ were either forcibly repatriated to the national jurisdictions that they had been ‘citizens’ of before the war or were, after a lengthy and sincere ‘vetting’ process resettled elsewhere in more advanced Civilized countries such as the US, Canada, etc.  Ukrainian Waffen-SS war criminals escaped justice with the help of the post-war Socialist Labor Party government in the UK, sending them in large numbers to Canada and even to the US like Ivan the Terrible, famous for being the most brutal Waffen-SS guard at Auschwitz.  Ivan Demjanuck was a US auto worker for decades until finally deported through the tireless efforts of Steven Emerson, the future author of “The American House of Saud.”

This Forcible Repatriation policy is the reason that the Korean War (1950-1953) lasted two years longer than ‘necessary.’  The Communist Chinese and North Koreans insisted their POWs in the UN prison camps be returned against their will.

It is one of the best kept Historical Secrets that, when Dwight David Eisenhower was elected President in 1952, he had our then allied Canadian friends in the British Commonwealth inform their British Commonwealth post-WWII friends in neutral India to inform their ‘friends’ in the USSR that, when Ike took office in 1953, he would use nuclear weapons to bomb China if they did not drop the ‘Forcible Repatriation’ of POWs as a requirement.  They dropped it and the cease-fire was agreed to.

If you are capable of humbling yourself and watch the very accurate 1960 Otto Preminger movie “Exodus,” you will get a clear view of European Jewish Holocaust survivors attempting to reach the about-to-be reconstituted Free Nation of Israel getting caught at sea by the UK navy, sent to concentration camps on British-occupied Cyprus preparatory to being Forcibly Repatriated to Germany.

[After WWII, close to 20 million refugees were repatriated to the countries from which they had previously been citizens of.  Almost 10 million ethnic Germans were repatriated to post-WWII Germany.]

Arab riots in post-WWI, post-Turkish, British-controlled Palestine initiated by the new Grand Mufti of Jerusalem (Mohammed Amin al-Husseini) took place starting shortly after WWI, coercing the craven UK government in control of the territory to keep Jews out while all Arabs from everywhere were free to resettle anywhere including in Balfour Declaration-promised Jewish Western Palestine.  (The eastern three-quarters of the Palestine Mandate was used to create the Emirate of Trans-Jordan – the future Jordanian Monarchy – whose British-commanded Arab legion led the war in 1947-48 to destroy Israel before it was born.  They stole the ancient city of Jerusalem – universally referred to by worldwide anti-Semitism as Arab East Jerusalem along with Judea and Sameria.  Jewish-owned property was stolen and Jewish religious sites were used to stable animals, thus demonstrating this racist-Arab Supremacist anti-Semitism that flourishes today.)

Between 1927 and 1932, the Grand Mufti inspired pogroms that murdered or drove out Jews who had lived in Hebron continually for 4,000 years.  The Patriarch Abraham is still buried in Hebron.

Once the Cold War was begun, Soviet occupied ‘Warsaw Pact’ countries allowed their so-called ‘citizens’ to travel within the Warsaw Pact.  Thousands came to East Germany so as to run past the Brandenberg Gate separating East Berlin from Allied-occupied West Berlin.  Thousands were also shot to death before they could find freedom.  In 1962, the Berlin Wall was constructed and the Freedom Run came to an end.

Those who escaped Communism were voluntarily resettled in many western countries over the decades.  Of course, they were ‘vetted,’ an imperfect but necessary requirement to maintain ‘Civilization’ in ‘Free’ Countries.  Today’s Ruling Class of the Hard-Left Islamic Alliance running the (non-democratic) Bureaucracies of government are too corrupt or too stupid to maintain that policy.

The Hard-Left Islamic Alliance Imperial Judiciaries have been imposing the Islamification of European Civilization for decades.

Part II:  Two United Nations International Law Refugee Policies

If you are truly an open-minded independent thinker and you go to Grokipedia and research the following, you can learn about the two distinctly different theoretical United Nations international law policies for refugees.

Go to the entry of the UNRWA invented in 1949 which will also include the universal UNHCR (UN High Commissioner for Refugees) for everybody else.

You will learn that the UNHCR is for people who have a genuine fear of persecution.  You will also learn that the UNRWA is a 30,000-person bureaucracy today perpetually funded by western countries to obviate the right of Jews to live peacefully in their 4,000-year-old ancestral homeland.

If there were true Justice in this world, two to three generations of so-called Palestinian Arab school textbooks would be year-by-year republished with the following minor modification.

In France, the Jews or Israelis would be called French.  In the UK, the Jews or Israelis would be called British.  And so on down the list of western countries that have spent over two generations training so-called ‘Palestinian Arabs’ to celebrate the barbaric atrocities of October 7, 2023 that they and their worldwide anti-Semitic votaries celebrate.

That includes the wife of NYC Mayor Mamdani on her social media accounts.

Part III:  Jewish Refugees from Post-WWII Arab Countries

With the sole exception of Morocco, a truly civilized country in which tens (or even hundreds) of thousands of Jews have continued to live in peace, virtually all Jews in other Arab countries were either robbed and deported to Israel or robbed and murdered.  The Sephardic Jews of Israel are largely descended from this group.  The Ashkenazic Jews of the Ruling Class of Israel avoided the Holocaust and came from Europe.  (Before the Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini, Persian Jewry flourished.  Before the racist Islamic tyrant of Turkey Erdogan who seized power in 2003, Jews were as well-treated in Turkey as they had been in the Shah’s Iran and the Kingdom of Morocco.)
