Part I: Historical Analogue
Over four years ago (January-February 2022), the Two-Tier Rule of Law showed its ugly face in Ottawa, Canada – then run by sissy-boy Trudeau – the depraved liar whose every very occasional query about any of his oppressive actions was invariably curtailed by reference to: ‘Russian Disinformation, Russian Misinformation and Russian Propaganda.’ End of INQUIRY! So much for the mythology of ‘Freedom of the Press!’
Following Canadian Constitutional Law, truckers who had been illegally ‘locked down’ from working for a living because of the totalitarian abuses of Big Government during the COVID pandemic were both assaulted by the RCMP and police-state style persecuted by the Two-Tier Rule of Law. They were TOTALLY peaceful before the RCMP assaulted them. I will never forget the picture of an 82-year-old Indigenous woman in a walker knocked down and trampled by a horse. Government persecution even extended to personal bank accounts. Many months later, uselessly, the Imperial Judiciary of Canada acknowledged that the sissy-boy Trudeau’s actions were unconstitutional. So what! The damage was done and unrectified. (The Imperial Judiciary, if they wish, can stop any executive action instantaneously. Of course, that only works when the Ruling Class prefers it that way.)
When the Big Government of sissy-boy Trudeau ordered their forcible dispersion, the extremely experienced Ottawa Police Chief – knowing the TOTALLY peaceful protestors and demonstrators were totally legal in their actions – resigned rather than ‘break the law’ when given ILLEGAL ORDERS to use force to disperse them.
The potential embarrassment to the corrupt Big Government lasted less than three weeks.
(No Jewish students were attacked or kept from attending the classes they had paid for.)
Part II: Contemporary World
Wednesday, April 1st, the opposite form of the Two-Tier Imperial Judiciary-controlled Rule of Law demonstrated how perfectly the Double Standard works – this time in Italy.
Back on 9/22/25, the Hard-Left – Islamist Alliance had their Extremely Violent ‘Protesting and Demonstrating’ in Milan. Over 60 police officers – working class slobs like Canadian Truckers not personally privileged ‘College Students’ – were injured, millions of dollars of revered public property was destroyed as the ‘students’ threw stones, glass bottles, dug-up cobblestones, trash cans, etc. at working class police.
A mere eight of the ANTIFA and other ‘leaders’ were in court to be rewarded for their violence.
POS Judge Giulia d’Antoni (as if she had the power of God Almighty) decided that even ‘house arrest’ would unfairly be an ‘excessive punishment’ for these educated and credentialed future Political Leaders of Two-Tier Italy. After all, these eight professional students (none less than 20-years old but some as old as 30) were motivated by ‘IDEALISM.’ (I wonder how many Ottawa Truckers and Milan Policemen were younger than the holy ‘protestors and demonstrators?)
Italian Police and Canadian Truckers are demonstrably INFERIOR before the ‘Law’ because they merely work for a living as self-supporting adults.
Part III: Conclusion
I do not understand why working-class Common People pay taxes and provide police protection for any members of the Upper Class of the Imperial Judiciary. My ignorance – no doubt shared by Canadian Truckers and Italian Policemen – is predicated by the simple Ideals of Western Civilization that I was educated to believe in at public school in the 1950s and 1960s.
I still naively believe Civilization is supposed to mean such things as Social Equality, Equality before the Law, etc.
In logic, this would be called the IDEAL of COMMUTATIVE JUSTICE. That means, in English, every single individual is to be treated on the basis of their BEHAVIOR – NOT their SOCIAL STATUS! Obviously my version of IDEALISM does not count as IDEALISM to the Ruling Class.
