Part I: Contemporary History
Those who are not completely brainwashed Left-Wing Democrat Party bootlickers (and dogmatic Trump haters) may have a memory of the Great Obama’s last year in office when a large palette of well over a billion dollars worth of internationally fungible and secure currencies, meticulously wrapped in plastic in batches, was illegally and secretly delivered to Iran to fund 90% of the budgets of HAMAS, all the worldwide Hezbollahs and the Houthis, etc. Terrorists have to be paid, you know. However, I have two other memories of his treachery, but my memories might be flawed so I offer them in the ‘speculative’ mode.
If the reader has any concrete knowledge to either affirm or deny these statements, I urge him to come forward with such information.
The first vague memory involved a typical crooked lawyer concept – the signed ‘non-disclosure agreement.’ Normally such agreements only carry potential financial penalties. These Obama ‘non-disclosure agreements’ threatened severe criminal prosecutions. I could swear that I remember him making our troops in Afghanistan and maybe elsewhere submit. The purpose was to keep secrets from the American public as to how the Great Obama ran the war against Terror – incompetently or treasonously.
The other vague memory goes back to the period when the only viable military drones in the world were American. I could swear that no one else in the world had them. Then one day, I could swear that I heard in the news that an American military drone somehow landed in Iran where it could be studied and even improved upon by the creative genius of Persian engineers.
Maybe these two memories are a product of my intense distrust of the Great Obama. Maybe not.
Part II: Analogous History
UK and French 1930s Appeasement of Hitler comprises a long history enabling Hitler’s war machine to become vastly more powerful than it otherwise would have been when WWII began on September 1, 1939 with Germany attacking Poland. Ever since that era, virtually the entire world learned about Munich and the destruction of Czechoslovakia in 1938. But the complete story is not well known and vastly worse.
The well-known part of the story is that at Munich the UK and France cowardly handed the western portion of Czechoslovakia without even allowing any representatives of the democratic Czech government into the negotiations. The largely hidden part of the Appeasement involved two critically important Truths barely known to the world – then and now.
Fact 1: The German military leaders secretly informed the ‘West’ that, if ordered by Hitler to attack Czechoslovakia, they would mutiny. They fully understood that the Czech frontier defenses, largely funded by France, were virtually impregnable to the then state of the German military. Evil is always aggressive and only Cowardice enables its ‘Bluff’ to make it ever stronger until it can no longer be ignored.
Fact 2: There were five major armament manufacturing complexes in Europe before WWII. In the UK, Vickers-Armstrong made war machines in quantity. The French had extensive armament factories. Little Sweden, to secure its neutrality, had a very large armament industry, evolved over the years, from the Bofors cannon manufacturers. In Germany, the Krupps early 19th Century steelmaking complex had long since evolved into cannon and warship manufacturing facilities well before WWI. The fifth massive armament manufacturing facility was the SKODA complex in Czechoslovakia. Hitler got the SKODA factories to almost double his arms production a full year before his army was powerful enough to crush Poland – with the assistance of Stalin’s USSR in 1939. Stalin teamed up with Hitler, his most feared and adamant enemy, in large part because the UK and France had demonstrated cowardice, year after year, instead of self-respect in the face of EVIL.
I fully believe that Chamberlain and Daladier were terrified by the disastrous WWI and would do any crazy thing in foolishly attempting to avert WWII. I have far more sympathy for Chamberlain and Daladier than I do for Two-Tier Keir and sovereign king Macron. Chamberlain and Daladier democratically represented the people of the UK and France; today’s rulers of the UK and France defy the Public and represent the Bureaucracy and the Ruling Class. Bureaucratic crooks like Two-Tier Keir and sovereign king Macron always ‘kick the can down the road’ in the face of every serious problem. When disaster can no longer be averted, they will be living in luxurious retirement, perhaps even on the Riviera, while others who succeed them will be pilloried by Academic Historians.
As the Spanish American philosopher George Santayana famously said: “Those who cannot remember the past are condemned to repeat it.”
