Part I: Feckless Republicans
In the first term of the Great Obama’s reign, the ‘Tea Party’ arose out of (and for the very first time in my lifetime) ‘Grass Roots Activism.’ I had heard that the original ‘organizer’ was a frustrated young Special Education female teacher who found thousands of fellow like-minded citizens on the internet.
Within that Great Obama’s reign, the IRS uniquely harassed out of existence every Tea Party group with repetitive audits and other legal procedures challenging their rights to grant donors’ philanthropic donations. Lawyer bills can really add up to big money. Bankruptcy would put any private organization out of business. Obama’s IRS bootlicker, in spite of her unethical and illegal behavior, retired with a full pension. Feckless Republicans never pursue and punish Democrats who abuse them; however, when Democrats falsely accuse Republicans, all feckless Republicans ever do is apologize and then turn on CNN to find out what today’s agenda is all about. And the naïve, the gullible, the weak-willed and the stupid still cannot understand why Democrats run the government even when they are in the minority everywhere.
Somehow the idea of funding any non-Left-Wing political organization was accorded the status of a fully-taxable fund-raising non-political business. The status of a non-profit making NGO works for the entire world including private university endowment funds as fully non-taxable. Not the Tea Party! It was lawyer bills in the form of harassment regulation and litigation by the Obama IRS that bankrupted them all.
Part II: The Hard-Left ACLU
This pernicious cabal has never had its ‘philanthropic’ IRS tax-exempt status (for itself and its ‘contributors’) challenged by government as best I understand.
If you have a Hard-Left political organization that passes the Hard-Left ACLU vetting process, here is a great way for LEADERS controlling Useful Idiots to become millionaires. (The most successful such operation in my lifetime was the Black Lives Matter Insurrection.)
Step 1: Organize a mass of Useful Idiots for an official EVIL SCUMBAG PRESS designated ‘mostly peaceful Protestors and Demonstrators’ movement.
Step 2: After EVIL SCUMBAG PRESS operatives are on board (publicizing the gathering point of your Idiots in fake news stories), you also ‘inform’ the feckless city (or state) government bureaucracy that you will be ‘protesting and demonstrating’ so ‘news coverage’ will be monopolized from your ‘Point of View.’
Step 3: Recruit as many ‘friendly’ hoodlums and violent psychotics to your ‘marches’ reminding them that violence and looting can be both profitable and fun. The heart of the Useful Idiot Recruits, of course, consists of liberal, mostly female, personally privileged college students and faculty. This should generate normal mob violence control techniques which, in these cases, cannot be employed by Law Enforcement. (In my generation, college students had to study and earn money to pay for their education – there was very limited time on their hands for political activism or even Spring Break.)
[How well I remember the midtown Manhattan street-level business glass windows fitting only two descriptions. One group was smashed (and, if possible, looted) while the other group displayed large pre-printed ‘Black Lives Matter’ signs. (Today’s anti-Ice Insurrection often comes equipped with beautiful, expensive, photogenic signs for EVIL SCUMBAG PRESS photographers – a no doubt profitable business that I should have first noticed with those ubiquitous perfect Black Lives Matter signs purchased by someone.) Big corporations gave the organizers many, many millions (or even billions) of dollars in ‘charitable contribution.’ Were they not tax-deductible, according to the IRS?]
Step 4: As you escalate the violence and looting of your ‘mostly peaceful Protestors and Demonstrators,’ Hard-Left ACLU lawyers will be on the scene or on telephone call-up alert. Eventually violence will lead to two possible Executive local government actions. As in Minneapolis, Portland, Seattle, etc. during the BLM Insurrection, you simply take over the jurisdiction. If you wish to burn down a police precinct or a court house or a government building, go right ahead. It is the slightly more responsible executive local government that does not order Law Enforcement to ‘STAND DOWN’ where the ACLU and the ‘shakedown’ enrichment process takes hold. Democrat party local politicians and Bureaucrats and the Two-Tier (Rule of Lawyers) Judiciary complete the story.
No violent mob can ever be constrained without following one of the two viable techniques. The contemporary modern practice is to use Law Enforcement to surround the mob using the old-fashioned ‘kettling technique’ to arrest everyone in the mob personally violent or not.
The pre-modern technique was common everywhere until the 1960s Hard-Left reacquisition of the ACLU.
In 1968, in Chicago at the Democrat party national convention, Mayor Daley stated very publicly that, if these mobs are violent in Chicago, his police would not be using ‘bird shot’ to disperse them – they will use ‘Live Ammunition.’
The ‘Protestors and Demonstrators’ stuck to the ‘designated protest areas’ and put the ‘chicks up front’ so that the police would not also use necessary violence – even when bricks and bottles were thrown at them from cowardly organizers connivingly hiding behind those ‘chicks up front.’ By the time all phony ‘litigation’ was completed, no Law Enforcement in our once civilized homeland was used to protect the innocent victims from the Hard-Left organized ‘mostly peaceful Protestors and Demonstrators’ Insurrections for ever and ever.
Part III: As per the Spanish American Philosopher George Santyana:
“Those who cannot remember the past are condemned to repeat it.”
[The tragically historical analogue is exemplified by the tragedy of post-WWI Weimar Germany in the 1920s (the most constitutionally limited open democratic society in the modern era). After the Kaiser Wilhelm II abdicated and Germany submitted to the Allies, the German government was run from its legislature with full executive power. The non-violent democratic Marxist Socialists (Social Democrat Party) were the party in control. Back in the 19th Century, they had split with the Revolutionary (violent) Marxist Socialists because their supporters among the ‘workers’ of Germany became ever richer through the ‘electoral’ processes than anyone else in Europe. By the end of the 19th Century, Germany was the first country in the world to have ended illiteracy with universal public education. (Hegelian nationalism was unfortunately indoctrinated into the German-speaking world.)
[The pre-WWI political setup had military and foreign policy completely run by the Imperial Bureaucracy. After WWI, the legislature dominated by the Social Democrat Party expected life would get better. The German Communist party, under Soviet Comintern International control, attempted localized coups d’etat with guns and violence. At that time, the self-respecting national legislature saved the country by recruiting ex-military soldiers, formed into the ‘Freikorps’ to kill the local Communist Insurrectionists. The Freikorps was then disbanded peaceably and non-violent ‘politics’ was normalized – for a time.
[The requirement of massive reparations from WWI created that Hyperinflation Economic history that students learn about in school. When gold and foreign currency reserves quickly ran out, the Weimar government printed Marks ‘without Central Bank gold backing.’ (I used to possess a tiny one million mark note from the era.) Currency became worthless – hard (physical) assets were the only store of value. (There was a famous picture of a basket of cash that had been brought to a bakery – but the cash was dumped as useless on the street – and the basket, having value, was taken inside to trade for bread.)
[The economic chaos came to a temporary end in the early 1920s by an international agreement to extend loans for both reparations and wartime government loans for about five years until the new ‘credit’ ran out. Economic Experts and Authorities rarely identify the actual cause of the future worldwide Depression. WWI caused so much destruction that only years of future real economic growth could get things back to pre-war normalcy. Sadly, this did not happen for real until decades of natural science and engineering growth could occur.
[In the late 1920s, the worldwide Depression began in 1928 in Weimar Germany – the year before the October 1929 stock market crash started the disaster in America. (Before the early 1930s Securities and Exchange Commission regulatory control, stocks could be bought with 90-95% margin. As long as you keep creating more and more credit out of thin air, everybody seems to be richer. When enough requirement for real cash by customers arises, necessitating the gigantic bubble of credit having to shrink to pay the cash, the collapse of the bubble, yet again, proves that the only economic scientist in all of history, Milton Friedman, always ends up being proven right. The lunatic 35-year-old creation of ‘FINANCIAL ENGINEERING’ is a hoax.)
[In the real world, banks often borrow from other banks who borrow from other banks, ad nauseam, for short-term purposes such as ‘crop loans’ to enable farmers to produce food. Such short-term ‘solutions’ can never last very long until the ‘credit’ eventually runs out.
[When the 1928 German Depression began, in a population of 65 million, many millions of unconnected young and middle-aged men were without employment and effectively destitute. They could acquire clothes (often paramilitary uniforms), food and shelter (in barracks-type structures) by joining the German communist party paramilitary. That was one of two options. The other option gets all of the blame for the disaster that befell Weimar Germany.
[In Munich, Bavaria, the National Socialist German Workers Party had been founded by two Strasser brothers and less than a dozen associates. They met to discuss ‘politics’ and the future of Germany in a beer hall in Munich. One day, a WWI veteran stumbled in, was inspired by the talk and eventually talked himself into the chief propagandist job of the group. His rabble-rousing speeches acquired followers – first by the 100s and then by the many thousands. (The original ‘barracks’ for the SA Brown Shirt paramilitary in the 1930s became the Dachau Concentration Camp that General Eisenhower, with a handkerchief over his nose, was photographed observing dying skeletons lying on the ground. Eisenhower never forgot the shock of the first view of the Holocaust. Ike was from a German immigrant family that had opposed the Prussian militarization of the Germany that they had fled from to settle in Kansas as farmers in a free country.)
[(You should read the William L. Shirer’s “Rise and Fall of the Third Reich” for a legitimately full account.) In 1923, in a Germany falling apart, this National Socialist German Workers’ Party (NAZI) took a putatively non-violent approach to acquiring political power. Hundreds of them marched arm-in-arm towards the local government headquarters but never got there. They had no weapons. The local ‘Green Police’ were ordered to stop them by the only means available to break up a mob. Even though, at that time, the nascent NAZI party was unarmed and non-violent, they were fired upon to break up the march. Almost a dozen were killed; injuries abounded and the ‘putsch’ (i.e., coup d’etat) ended with arrests.
[Worldwide credit extension delayed the next stage for half a decade until the credit ran out in 1928. The Leader of the party now was its chief propagandist who had moved up in party authority to ‘Fuehrer’ (i.e., Supreme Leader). Hitler was tried and convicted for an attempted Insurrection and then jailed for five years during which he composed his “Mein Kampf” (“My JIHAD” in Arabic) with the assistance of his then number one assistant Rudolf Hess. (“Mein Kampf” in English means “My Personal Moral Struggle.”)
[When Hitler got out of jail in 1928, the economic collapse in Germany was ubiquitous. Millions joined the Brown Shirt SA NAZI paramilitary as millions had joined the German Communist Party’s resurgent paramilitary. Among the millions of followers in both paramilitary groups, virtually all individuals deluded themselves into believing that joining the right socio-political group would lead them to personal and collective salvation. It is always that way among followers.
[Two anecdotes require a mention before I return to the contemporary destruction of our country by Left-Wing and Islamic-Allied fanatical groups with the assistance of those in the practice of Law and especially the Judiciary which has succeeded in emasculating the enforcement of civilized Law and Order for individual Common Citizens. (At least 30 American citizens were murdered during the Black Lives Matter Insurrection – I do not know even one name – do you?)
[The first note-worthy anecdote is from the earlier period. In the constant, often fatal, violence between communist thugs and Nazi thugs, a Nazi thug named Horst Wessel was stabbed to death by a communist thug. In reality, the men were fighting over the affections of a woman – they were young men and ‘sexually active’ in today’s vernacular. The Nazi propaganda, led by Hitler, created their own Martyr – just like George Floyd and just as successfully. Not only was Horst Wessel mischaracterized as an innocent victim of Communist criminal violence – they even created a musical accompaniment called the “Horst Wessel Song.” Martyrs are the universally employed emotionally appealing recruiting mechanism for violent mass movements. (It always is used to justify violence in only one of two directions. Sound familiar?)
[The second anecdote occurred later on in the historical narrative when Hitler’s senior henchmen kept asking him ‘what will we do with the millions of Communist paramilitary when we take over?’ Hitler told them that they were all by nature ‘Followers’ in need of ‘Leaders.’ He said they would become OUR enthusiastic followers and thereby help us to ‘make a better world’ for all Germany. History proved his being tragically correct. (Erik Hoffer’s “The True Believer” is an insightfully brilliant exposé of this modern world human phenomenon of millions of people incapable of simply living their own lives responsibly and following the Judeo-Christian Ideal of ‘live and let live’ with civility, kindness and individualized pity but without coercion.
[There are two tragically powerful original sources of Hitler’s fanatical anti-Semitism. The original “Protocols of the Elders of Zion” was a 19th Century Czarist Police fabrication to conveniently blame every historical disruption to society on the Jews. This perversion of ‘scapegoating’ the Jews for all ‘change’ that makes anyone unhappy personally was universally promoted and accepted by many throughout Europe. In reading both the “Protocols” and Hitler’s “Mein Kampf,” you will encounter the exact same explanation for all societal unhappiness as a product of yet another conspiracy by the Jews. They are even claimed to have been the Freemasons building the churches of the Middle Ages. They were the Capitalist exploiters. They were the Bolsheviks, etc. etc. The language is close to verbatim in each publication. (After WWII, the only area in the world that continued to publish and republish the “Protocols”, as if it were an historic document, was in certain portions of the eternally anti-Semitic Racist Arab Supremacist world.)
[The second, more direct, tragic source of Hitler’s fanatical anti-Semitism was in the German-speaking 19th Century organizations and propaganda ascribing all ‘inconvenient’ modernization changes to the Jews. For example, when Jews in Europe were forestalled by discrimination to find regular employment, Jewish businessmen invented the ‘convenient’ to the customer Department Store. Many previously existing businesses were incapable of competing for customers – so Jewish companies were conveniently accorded the status of EVIL for facilitating legal and civilized evolutionary change that inconvenienced millions. Zionism was invented in late 19th Century Europe as an avenue of Jewish escape from anti-Semitism – purchasing land from the Ottoman Empire for Jewish settlements in the western portion of the Turkish province of Palestine where, among the tiny population that lived in that area, there were religious Christians and religious Jews who had lived there since the time of the Patriarch Abraham almost 6,000 years ago. Non-Christian Arabs were virtually non-existent in Western Palestine when Mark Twain was on his world tour and described the area as ‘virtually uninhabited.’
[After Hitler’s mother finally died of cancer, Hitler, a citizen of the Austrian Hapsburg monarchy, migrated as a young man to Vienna to fruitlessly pursue his aspirations for a career as an artist. Vienna had become a hotbed of anti-Semitic propaganda for organizing political Idealists. It was their emotionally appealing propaganda that really got Hitler started. He also was a devoted reader of the works of Georg Friedrich Wilheim Hegel, the original philosophy department chairman of the Prussian-created prestigious University of Berlin in 1815. (Hegel brought the fatuous political Idealism of Plato into the modern world as if it were a scientific discovery. In the 19th Century, Karl Marx, armed with a PhD from the University of Berlin, extended the Platonic hoax into the fatuous idea of coercive involuntary government-imposed Socialist organization.)
[Shortly after WWI began in August 1914, Hitler gleefully enlisted in the Imperial German Army and fought for 4 years in the trenches on the Western Front
[When the WWI cease-fire occurred, in the 11th minute of the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month of 1918, Hitler was a patient in a hospital having been temporarily blinded by British poison gas. Subsequently, he found his ‘calling in life’ in that beer hall in Munich not very long after the war had ended.
[There are two other tragically idiotic truths about Europe that I wish to add. Firstly, when the Cold War was on during the 1960s, 1970s and 1980s, Western Communist Idealists with university educations (and Soviet sponsorship) invented ‘Red Army’ terrorism. Being members of the personally privileged Ruling Class of families, they were free to murder – but could never be executed. Even when the (pre-ANTIFA) Italian Red Brigade Communists kidnapped and murdered Italian politician Prime Minister Aldo Moro, no one was executed. (Unlike the majority of professional politicians, Aldo Moro was of a lower-class background – therefore, the Communist murderers were immune from real legal retribution.) When the Cold War ended, these Red Army terrorists dematerialized until their subsequent rebirth as the Hard-Left extremists of the last several decades.
[The second anecdote is quite interesting. It had become common in West Germany that Communist organizers – not limited to the Baader-Meinhof gang – assembled large numbers of mostly academically recruited Useful Idiot ‘Protestors and Demonstrators’ against Capitalism and Western Civilization. (If you are old enough, you may remember that President Reagan’s policy of assigning tactical nuclear weapons to Europe to forestall a Soviet invasion was a massive years-long ‘social unrest’ problem. Communist murderers, connivingly immersed in masses of Useful Idiots, using masks to hide from being identified, would emerge from the mob, murder an unarmed working-class police officer and then disappear back into the mob. Eventually, the West German government made the wearing of a mask at political gatherings illegal. The murders became less common. (Is it not true that ANTIFA terrorists commonly wear masks when practicing their EVIL SOCIAL IDEALISM?)]
Part IV: Today’s FUBAR Politics and Two-Tier Rule of Law
Getting back to today’s Hard-Left destruction of Western Civilization, the last massive Hard-Left Insurrection preceding today’s Anti-ICE Insurrection was the Black Lives Matter Insurrection. It was connivingly used to vastly extend the near 50-year establishment of Left-Wing mob intimidation tactics using the same well-established ACLU-promoted practices. (Only cowards and morons use the term ‘right to protest’ for mob violent intimidation.) It goes like this in multiple stages.
Step 1: Organize a massive group of Useful Idiots for a social justice mob.
Step 2: Ensure that the EVIL SCUMBAG PRESS will universally only use the title of ‘mostly peaceful Protestors and Demonstrators.’
Step 3: Immerse violent thugs and professional looters within the university-trained bullhorn-led mass of Useful Idiots to cost-free assault and pillage ‘for the social justice.’
Step 4: Establish Hard-Left ACLU or other evil extremist lawyer relationships.
Step 5: Escalate the mob violence.
Step 6: If, unlike Minneapolis or Portland or Seattle etc., local Law Enforcement eventually must use non-violent containment techniques, especially ‘Kettling’ so as to contain the whole group and temporarily make arrests on the scene.
Step 7: Have Hard-Left sympathetic DAs and judges release almost everyone.
Step 8: The evil ACLU rises to prominence here, somehow they bring a ‘class-action lawsuit’ against Law Enforcement for allegedly violating the Civil Rights and Civil Liberties of ‘mostly peaceful Protestors and Demonstrators’ – an irrational misrepresentation fully accepted by the Two-Tier Rule of Lawyers that has destroyed civilization from within.
Step 9: The cowardly Executive Authority then UNDEMOCRATICALLY arrives at a massive SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT involving many, many millions of dollars of taxpayer stolen money to be split between the enriched ‘organizer’ groups and their CHAMPERTY and BARRATRY ACLU lawyers. Thanks to the John Roberts-led Two-Tier Judiciary, the pattern works perfectly. Go find a new Left-Wing Idealist cause, repeat the pattern, become a millionaire, buy a multi-million-dollar mansion.
PS. Never having gone to law school, being university trained in the Rational Practice of Natural Physical Science, I find many aspects of this barbarism funding pattern incomprehensible to my understanding of the U. S. Constitution and Civilization. In its most financially egregious form, the use of taxpayer funding for profiteering ACLU lawyer causes seems to be far bigger than Nancy Pelosi’s and her husband’s hundreds of millions of dollars of amassed illegitimate personal wealth.
If the IRS was illegitimately used by the Great Obama to harass and bankrupt Tea Party true Grass Roots organizations, then how, in a rational world, can any ACLU donor get a philanthropic tax deduction when the evil ACLU also runs overtly political campaigns such as imposing transgender males into female athletics? I also ask, since ‘money laundering’ prosecutions are regularly used to preclude organized group ‘shakedowns’ of public and private institutions, how do the profiteering ACLU lawyers not get so prosecuted? Furthermore, if Donald Trump’s legal representatives in the fraudulent 2020 Election Steal ‘HAVE NO STANDING’ in the Two-Tier Judiciary and therefore cannot get a litigation hearing for five years, how does the ACLU pop up all over the place looking for profitable SHAKEDOWN ‘Settlement Agreements’ in bogus lawsuits? Since, to a rational mind, these class-action lawsuits truly have ‘NO STANDING,’ should they not be bankrupted and disbarred like Trump’s 2020 Election challenging lawyers?
I suppose I am the only living American who will never again be able to, in good conscience, trust the Two-Tier Rule of Law until decades of IRS auditing of the ACLU is performed and publicized.
