Part I

Born in 1945, I was in college in the 1960’s when Criminal Law Enforcement began EVOLVING. ‘Miranda Warnings’ and ‘Escobedo’ were the first big Keywords. (The Sullivan Rule empowering news media Defamation was something I did not notice for decades thence.)

The second “Dirty Harry” movie (early 1970’s) opens in a courtroom where the arrogant, condescending Judge throws out all ‘EVIDENCE’ because of a procedurally ‘FLAWED’ search.

The first (original) “Dirty Harry” catches up with a murderer who is extorting money from the San Francisco government with several murders and also the burying alive of a kidnapped teenage girl. By the time Harry Callahan catches up with him and minimally ‘tortures’ him to get the location so as to attempt to save the girl’s life, she is dead.

The scene where Inspector Callahan is lectured by the DA why all ‘EVIDENCE’ is ‘TAINTED’ and unusable in a RULE OF LAW TRIAL includes an EXPERT and AUTHORITY Law Professor adding to the IRRATIONAL Social Prestigious Rhetoric. (They cross-edit that scene with the now dead girl being extracted from the grave.)

PROSECUTORIAL and POLICE INVESTIGATIVE Procedures had to be PERFECT or the accused WALKS FREE.

Part II

During the Papal Inquisition, for centuries during the Middle Ages, no accused failed to get a ‘Fair Trial’ within the context of their Theological Rule of Law. Even Giordano Bruno was given two such trials – the first sent him to the ‘Rack’ to ‘break his knees’ – the second had him ‘burned at the stake.’

Even when Theological Trials focused on Right versus Wrong, a fully empowered Lawyer-Theologian represented the ‘accused’ form of Evil. He was called ‘the Devil’s Advocate.’ Within their Theological Faith, Fairness prevailed.

Part III

William Shirer was A.P. Berlin Bureau Chief from before Hitler took over Germany until Pearl Harbor when America entered the War and he and other journalists were repatriated (voluntarily). No one knew Germany in this period half as well.

After the War, he was granted the original exclusive rights to the enormous complete German Archives. (No one ever kept such meticulous and complete official government records like the 20^th century Germans. No one!!!) It is from those Archives that he wrote and published “The Rise and Fall of the Third Reich.”

The Reichstag (House of Parliament) was set fire to the night before the big election. When the trial was held, not too long after, three men went on trial. Two of them were diplomatic affiliates of the Bulgarian Embassy (which also operated as the diplomatic intermediary between Stalin’s USSR and Hitler’s Nazi Germany). The ‘Firebug’ was a retarded Dutch ‘freelance’ Communist True Believer who spent hours in the bar the night before telling everyone what he was about to do. No one took him seriously.

He was caught at the scene and, from that moment forward outside of German Blanket News, the entire world was led to believe that the Nazis set the fire themselves to enhance their election prospects.

So did William Shirer believe until years later when he had access to the complete Nazi German Archives.

When the trial was finally held, Rolf Lubbers was found guilty – BUT THE TWO BULGARIANS WERE FOUND INNOCENT. (No Objective Evidence could be presented – and NO LESS OBJECTIVE EVIDENCE WAS FABRICATED!)

One of the exonerated Bulgarians was an undeniable Bolshevik Political ‘Activist.’ About a year after the trial, he began a decade-long career as Stalin’s ‘Leader’ of the COMINTERN (the Communist International) to overthrow every non-communist government in the world.

Those two got a truly fair and unbiased Trial in Hitler’s Nazi Germany. [That is the Real Adolph Hitler – not some contemporary METAPHORICAL Hitler who is a target of the World Wide Social Oligarchy and their countless Left-Wing True Believer Tribal Followers (apparently including today’s Muslim Brotherhood Leaders).]

Part IV

Russia Hoax, Steele Dossier Hoax, the John McCain de facto authorization for its use through the so-called RULE OF LAW proved three ideas to me – and the proof grows ever stronger each day with the Daily Fake News.

1. If you are affiliated with the World Wide Social Oligarchy and their countless Left-Wing True Believer Tribes, you are immune from Legal Accountability for every illegal act you participate in.
2. If you are in any way IN THEIR WAY, you have NO CIVIL RIGHTS and NO CIVIL LIBERTIES under the so-called Rule of Law. You do not even have to be associated with the DEVIL INCARNATE DONALD TRUMP.
3. I had thought America had lost its Soul 30 years ago when blatant Double Standards proliferated, but after the 2016 to the present PERSECUTION of DONALD TRUMP, I can no longer have any faith for the future of America and Civilization.

Epilogue

Teach your children to join the Left-Wing Tribes during their Academic years. If they are only half-way good at it, they should possess a Beach House by middle-age. (They may even invite you there before they stick you in a Nursing Home for their convenience!)
