When Dominion, the electronic vote count machine company, sued Fox News and achieved a ‘Settlement Agreement’ with quite a lot of money paid out, I wondered to myself about the Legal Process.  Since lots of news stories since then have reported on ‘irregularities’ in multiple locations, I wondered why Fox would avoid a jury trial and submit.  Perhaps they had an ulterior business reason having to do with ‘mergers and acquisitions’ that were more valuable to Rupert Murdoch.  Such things have been know to happen.  I cannot for the life of me come up with any other possible explanation.  I guess I must be wrong.

The entire Election (and post-Election) Obama-initiated Operation Crossfire Hurricane has long since been legally proven to be a Defamatory Hoax against Donald J. Trump.  The Uniparty kept it alive until well after the 2018 midterm elections thus creating many Democrat Party victories all across the country in federal, state and local elections.  (That mean that there were two election frauds – 2016 and 2018.)  To me, the biggest Injustice in the entire unprosecuted Obama-led Election Interference Fraud is that the two daily news agenda-setters have yet to apologize to their readers for their gleeful participation in the Fraud.

Both the New York Times and the Washington Post each won a Pulitzer Prize for ‘reporting’ innumerable Defamatory Lies against then President Donald J. Trump and have never paid any price in money or in Socio-Political Prestige for their EVIL SCUMBAG PRESS lying.

Back in those days, there were countless front-page Defamatory Lies.  Quite a few editions of the New York Times ran ‘banner headlines’ which are large print letters all across the top of the front-page.

I do not see why President Trump does not get Karoline Leavitt’s staff to both add up the number of front-page stories and the number of banner headlines of such front-page stories and bring a lawsuit for Defamatory Lying and Election Interference against each of these prestigious paragons of the EVIL SCUMBAG PRESS for their completely fraudulent participation in Operation Crossfire Hurricane.

What prevents President Trump from demanding an equal effort on the part of these two ‘Above the Law’ power centers to finally tell the truth to their eternally credulous readers.

If twenty Banner Headline lies were published, ‘equal justice’ would require twenty corrective Banner Headline Apologies.  If one hundred front-page story lies were published, one hundred front-page equally emphasized stories should correct those lies – one by one.

Returning the Pulitzer Prizes, in shame, would also advance the idea of a One Tier Rule of Law and Equal Justice for All.

I certainly do not and Chief Justice John Roberts seems to verify my interpretation quite frequently with his SCOTUS pronouncements.
