It is my most sadly sincere belief that this can only occur if the following conditions prevail.  (Oh what massive catastrophes and human deaths must occur before these conditions prevail, if they ever prevail.)

1. Localized constitutional minimal limited government with true social equality must exist everywhere. (Pacifism is a beautiful idea until the first Bully enters the community.)
2. Universal education must exist solely for the educated individual to be self-reliant to the optimal degree. All forms of socio-political Idealism are universally recognized as verbal Sophistry for power-mad slick-talking individuals to make use of other people for their own desires.
3. Honesty and Trust are the government-enforced norm for all mankind.
4. Curiosity and Skepticism without pity and kindness only causes stress.
5. The individual human soul with Free Will is as Eternally true as the Almighty GOD.

Hint:  In Europe in the age of gunpower in the 16^th and 17^th Centuries, millions died in Religious Wars until all Europeans made Freedom of (the Individual) Conscience the universal Prime Directive of Human Life.

When I look at pictures of the religiously sincere and persecuted Black African Christians, I see the only place in this entire world where, if they could only be left in peace by others, such a beginning could occur.
